1. Introduction

The urban photography system provides scheduled photography of outdoor environment visibility and real-time camera monitoring of indoor and outdoor security, as well as access to atmospheric environment visibility monitoring and analysis instruments.

2. System Architecture

The overall architecture of the urban environment visibility photography system is shown in the figure below.

The system consists of camera part, video collection, monitoring display, receiving monitoring software system, client and visibility monitoring and analysis instruments. The cameras include outdoor environmental visibility cameras, outdoor security surveillance cameras and indoor security surveillance cameras; the video collection includes hard disk video recorders and video encoding; the monitoring display includes real-time display of the monitoring images and queries of the three cameras; the receiving monitoring software system is responsible for The management control, image processing, data encoding, transmission and visibility monitoring instrument collection management of three cameras; the client includes real-time browsing and management of camera images through browsers, PC clients and mobile APPs; the visibility monitoring analyzer can After being connected to this system, this system can not only collect, encode and upload visibility data, but also function as a threshold capture of images.

3. System Composition

3.1.Outdoor part

The outdoor pole of the environmental photography system is installed and fixed on the roof of the building, so pre-embedded poles are not used. The pole flange is fixed, and the pole is fixed to the roof with a wire rope to prevent the pole from tilting. The pole remains vertical and stable. The pole must be lightning-proof and grounded.

System function overview:

1) The software takes up little memory, runs automatically, and has a simple and easy-to-use interface;

2) Multi-dimensional status detection of equipment: from power supply, communication, equipment and data status, fully guarantee the stable operation of the system;

3) Powerful log function: record detailed records of system operation and every step of operation;

4) Password protection: Provide password protection function when setting up and exiting the system;

5) Connect to the visibility monitoring analyzer: Connect to the visibility monitoring analyzer, and install the protocol requirements to automatically upload to servers at the provincial level and above;

6) Visibility-assisted photography: Under the condition that the system has been connected to the visibility monitoring analyzer, the visibility threshold can be set to take pictures, for example: automatically take pictures when the visibility is less than 500 meters;

7) Multi-client: Videos can be viewed through browsers, PC clients or mobile APPs.
