Continuous monitoring of VI and CO within tunnels is essential to ensure timely activation of ventilation systems, thereby maintaining safe driving conditions. ASHUR Tunnel VICO 100 Tunnel VI/CO Monitoring Instrument, commonly referred to as the "CO VI detector," employs optical principles to detect and collect real-time data on tunnel visibility and carbon monoxide levels. Additionally, it can monitor other harmful gases, including NOX, CH4, H2S, and SO2, fully complying with highway tunnel ventilation and lighting design specifications. This comprehensive monitoring providing a decision-making basis for tunnel ventilation and road safety passage.
3. Product Function
●Online continuously measuring visibility (VI) and carbon monoxide (CO) in the tunnel; extended monitoring harmful gases such as NOX, CH4, H2S, SO2;
●The digital output interface of the instrument is RS-232 or RS-485, and the analog output interface is 4-20 mA;
●Instrument built-in ModBus protocol, facilitate the tunnel network monitoring application;
●A specially coated window lens effectively prevents contamination and corrosion and includes an anti-fog function;
●The instrument features a numerical display, fault alarm, and data storage to aid in debugging and maintenance;
